Ingredients
  

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Corn Syrup
  • 1 cup Pecan Half's

Method
 

  1. Combine the eggs, salt and vanilla and beat until smooth. Add the sugar and corn syrup, mix well and pour into a ready made pie crust. Arrange the pecan half's on top in a circular pattern. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes. Pie is done when a tooth pick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
