Ingredients
  

  • 1 Large Jar Picante Sauce I use Pace
  • 2 14 oz cans Black Eyed Peas Drained and Rinsed
  • 1 14 oz can Hominy Drained and Rinsed
  • 1 cup Diced Green Pepper
  • 1 cup Diced White Onion
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomato
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Cilantro
  • 1/4 cup Diced Jalapeno Pepper
  • 1 cup Chopped Green Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tsp Ground Cumin

Method
 

  1. Mix well and refrigerate 2 hours. Serve with Tortilla Chips
