- 1 3-4 lb Chuck Roast
- 2 pkgs Good Seasons Zesty Italian Salad Dressing you want the dry packages
- 1 10oz jar Sliced Pepperoncini Peppers juice and all or to taste
- 6 oz Beer
Place all the ingredients in a crock pot on high and cook for 6-7 hours. Remove the meat and let it cool, then shred it up and return it to the juices in the crock pot. Serve on Hoagie Buns with sliced mozzarella cheese and sauteed onions.
